Crave-Worthy Vegan Thanksgiving Recipes Intro
Even if we love everything about our Vegan life, most of us grew up enjoying a more traditional Thanksgiving meal. Those special memories can make navigating Thanksgiving a rather tricky situation at times, especially if we are sharing our meal with some of our meat-eating relatives.
I’ve collected together a list of amazing vegan recipes to remind you that the meat-eaters really don’t get all the fun at the big meal. We have all of the delightful flavors and textures of the plant world to enjoy, along with our own human creativity, leading to plenty of amazing dishes we can enjoy guilt-free.
There are three recipes here that would make excellent main entrees, and a great variety of side dishes to go with it. I’ve included two cornbread recipes, one of which is gluten-free. And there are some sweet treats here to enjoy, too, although I did not include a pumpkin pie, figuring that most of us already have one that is tried and true for our traditional meal.
Whether you’ve been living vegan for a long time or are new to the lifestyle, I hope you find something amazing in this list that you can’t resist making this holiday season. After all, new traditions are important, too!
